7. Limitation of Liability: Kohler and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising out of or related to the Promotion or the gifts(s) offered.

8. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

9. Modification or Termination: Kohler reserves the right to modify, suspend, or
terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to technical difficulties, fraud, or any other factors beyond the Kohler’s reasonable control.
